Overall our stay was okay we stayed 4 nights and we expected service to our room after the 3rd night per the sign in our room but we did not receive that. We did have to go to the front desk for additional towels and toilet paper and trash bags.

It was ok for a night. Bed good pillow good. The thing I couldn't take was the mildew/mold smell coming from the room air conditioner. We stayed in Quality Inn in Durant, Oklahoma and the room was fresh smelled fresh. I turned off the air conditioner and opened the window.

Need a better welcome

All was good except the welcome… at 1130pm we were tired but the receptionist should not have been… it was her shift. She was not friendly, very short with me and a bit rude other than that the room was fine

The bed was terrible. It was on a metal spring frame that was very noisy anytime I moved in bed. There was a strange device attached to the tv that says it was a sensor for the tv, but we covered it up and the tv worked just fine. Breakfast was low quality. The waffle mix was a watery mess that I did not even try to turn into a waffle. The coffee was weak. The only good thing was lots of USB ports around for charging devices.

Clean, ice cold air conditioning, tv actually works, pillows were awful but the bed was ok. Check in staff was nice. Shower was not low flow ( that was a nice surprise)

Customer service was very nice at check-in at check out the lady was a little bothered that we were there so early to check out they had to run and get her from the back. The sleep was horrible. The bed is on like a metal frame that made noise all Night. Mattress was horrible. I could feel the springs in my back. The room looked clean, but when I pulled the sheets back looked like somebody had been there that worked in construction because there was like sand and dirt.
