Fiquei hospedada nessa pousada do sábado para o domingo.
Fiz a reserva pelo EXPEDIA e logo após a compra no site liguei para o hotel para saber se estava tudo certo com a minha reserva e se não havia mais nenhum problema ou algo a ser feito, procedimento que fiz TAMBÉM (portanto duas ligações) na véspera da minha viagem. Chegando lá mais de 10h da noite uma atendente muito mal humorada me informou que eu ainda teria que pagar a hospedagem, porque o site não faz o lançamento do pagamento mas EM NENHUM MOMENTO ISSO ME FOI INFORMADO, mesmo nas duas ligações que eu fiz. ela ainda disse:"mas é o site que tem a obrigação de informar"!. Eu só fiquei nessa pousada porque já estava tarde e eu estava muito cansada da viagem. Na manhã seguinte eu fui acordada logo cedo pelo barulho dos funcionários preparando as coisas para o café da manhã, que só é servido das 7h ás 9h então você é obrigado a acordar cedo até se estiver de férias se quiser comer.
Tem um aviso nas portas do quartos informando que as roupas de cama e toalhas só são higienizadas a cada 4 DIÁRIAS. Então vários hospedes tem que usar a MESMA toalha.
Acho que não é porque o lugar é simples que não pode ter higiene e que os funcionários tem que ser mal educados.
Resumindo: Foi uma péssima experiência. Não recomendo. E nunca mais voltarei a esse lugar.
