"In my opinion, the food at the buffet was better than the one at the "specialty restaurants". We ate at the Mediterranean restaurant, and the portions are small, like on cruises, but I understand since it is a 3-course meal. Also at that same restaurant, I ordered a creme brulee for dessert, and what they gave me didn't look like the traditional creme brulee where you crack the caramelized sugar on top; the texture/consistency was more solid than creamy.
But again, the buffet had a lot of options, and the food was good.
