The outside trash can was overflowing on arrival. Note sent to property manager. Discovered no hot water !! Another note sent to prop manager. No hand towels in bathrooms. Only beach towels and wash rags. No towels in the kitchen. Paper towels only.House didn’t seem to warm up on first night running heater. The next morning I discovered upstairs bathroom window was left wide open. Closed window much more comfortable. Prop manager sent reply at 1:33am apologizing for the lack of cleanliness and hot water issues. Letting me know that he would notify the local team to correct the situation. The on Saturday mid morning I received another text from prop manager advising that these matters had been reported to the team and prop manager would follow up with me when they had more information. The next text I received was Saturday evening and was the standard reminder that checkout time is 10am and what we needed to do before departure. So, no meaningful response to our needs. No communication from the local team. Nothing!!Today May 17th is our 29th anniversary this weekend was a surprise trip for my wife. Well it was a surprise indeed. The two night stay cost over 900.00 and I feel we should have been treated like our stay mattered. We will not be conducting business with Avari in the future.
