Jonzac first visit

This was a nice hotel with perfectly clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was a little basic for the price and was not included. Staff are pleasant and very helpful.

Nice hotel in a central location

Very friendly staff and owners. Relax atmosphere and the food at the restaurant was local and amazing. I would definitely go back and highly recommend the hotel and restaurant. Thanks for a lovely stay there.

A great hotel, the food is very good with a wide choice, from Plats du Jour thro' to Table D'Hote. The shower is a little cramped, however it is clean and works well

Friendly hotel in the centre of town

What a charming medieval town. The nearby water parks would make this a great location for a family to stay for several days. We really appreciated the hotel restaurant, the food was excellent.

L'Ecu

Nice hotel with good rerstaurant. Restaurant area is completely renovated and includes a terrace. Parking at hotel available Breakfast rather simple. I was in one of the renovated rooms with no noise as it was at the back of the hotel. The hotel was mainly occupied by elderly people who makes uses of the thermal baths in Jonzac

Le personnelle n’était pas agrĂ©able sauf le soir Ă  la fin du service . Chambre prise pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans et demie avec seulement un lit de 140 donc impossible pour nous tous de dormir dans le lit La chambre Ă©tait sale , de la poussiĂšre partout , les joint de la salle de bain moisi ainsi que le bas du radiateur . Des fissures sur tout les murs et dĂ©gĂąts des eaux visible au plafond . Bas de porte de chambre complĂštement defoncer et rĂąle pour deux chihuahuas trĂšs bien Ă©duquer dans la chambre ( la personne une fois sur place s’informe de la race des chiens pour savoir si oui ou non nous sommes accepter alors que rĂ©servation dĂ©jĂ  faite avec animaux signalĂ© ) Durant notre venue une famille avais rĂ©servĂ© une chambre quadruple pour 4 personnes et c’est retrouver avec une chambre oĂč il y avais 3 couchages seulement
