Wrong Room Number Given on Key Card:
Upon check-in, I was assigned Room #1914, but the front desk wrote the wrong number #1913 on my key card. As a result, I was unable to access the room and instead tried to open another guest’s room #1913. To my great embarrassment, that guest opened the door, thinking someone was attempting to enter.
Room Key Cards Stopped Working:
Aug 13, when we got back to hotel at night, both room keys suddenly stopped working. I had to travel from the 19th floor to the ground floor to get them replaced. The front desk issued new keys, but they still failed. I then had to call for help and wait for staff to come up and fix the lock before I could re-enter my room.
As of today, there has been no response from the Holiday Villa Management after repeated attempts.
