There was a giant cricket in the bathroom that I had to kill and there was a dead bug on the carpet that I flushed. The carpet was pretty dirty but the bed was clean so we stayed. But I did roll up towels to block the gap at the bottom of the door.

Our room was relatively clean however it had a strange odor - possibly a cleaning product but it was not pleasant at all. Combination of moth balls, bleach, and old cigarette smoke. It immediately made us unhappy with our choice to stay here.

Its old and tired. Cheap place to drop your head but not to take the family. I thought....good price and its a Whyndam property... should be fine. It wasn't. old, dated and it smelled. We got the wrong room assigned, I booked two fulls and got a King. Had to request a new room after a 14 hr day of travel. The staff was nice tho.
