Nestled in a boomed estate in the centrally located Sunninghill, Sandton makes safety and convenience big drawcards of this lovely double volume thatched space.
The flat is clean and spacious and is set up to have everything one would expect in their own house. There is a fully equipped kitchen, an uncapped fibre line, a smart tv, two outdoor balconies, covered parking and a lovely pool and braai area. Two large aircons ensure you are cool in summer and toasty in winter. Ideal for business and holidays!

There is plenty of free parking available. For those without a car, you will find everything you need within a few kms of where you stay and the average wait for an Uber is less than 5 minutes.

The Body Corporate is very hands on with the result that the complex, Sabi Sands, is safe, well run, beautiful and peaceful. The complex is located in Sunninghill Gardens, a gated slice of suburban paradise. Expect to see joggers, walkers and dog walkers in the streets. The area is incredibly central to malls. shops, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops and anything else you may require. Easy access to the M1, N1 and N3 makes its location within Joburg ideal.
