Pathetic service. Bed bugs in the bed. They gave me a room in the cellar. Carpet hasn't been cleaned in years. I got bitten by these bed bugs in room 79. They should be still there. Don't ever stay at this hotel you will regret it!!!!

Every staff member at this property was great! Especially the room service staff who went out of their way to accommodate. The location is very central, and also very safe. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great place to stay

Great stay, the hotel is perfectly located between Central Jo'Burg and downtown. Staff were very friendly. Food was great, nice big portions. Communication regarding airport transfers could be improved. There was a confusion as to whether the hotel had shuttle transfer or not. Ended up getting an Uber.
