el hotel es una maravilla, con una vista espectacular al mar. Las piscinas son totalmente increibles. La unica pega es que nos pusieron en la habitacion 1, que no la recomiendo, no es bonita y no tiene vistas. Gracias a la chica de recepcion la segunda noche nos cambiaron a la 11 y la experienciencia fue totalmente espectacular.

The property is beautiful, overlooking the beach on a cliff. The food was very good although a bit expensive. The ā€œcabinsā€ are just that. You can see through the wooden floors and there are gaps everywhere in the room. They donā€™t have the darkened curtains and the bathroom has bugs running around everywhere. They are likely ants but they are on the counters and literally all over. The air conditioning barely worked and I had to sleep on the covers which led to numerous bites all over. I didnā€™t sleep at all between scratching and spraying bug spray while being extremely hot and sticky. The hotel told us that the air conditioning was fine-end of story. They didnā€™t seem empathetic that this was our last 3 nights in Bali before a long trip home to Canada . We had no idea that these cabins werenā€™t insulated or sealed and that we would have little to no air conditioning. The management has not as much as apologized or given us a refund and we are out 2 nights of hotel costs. In fact, no one seems to be able to reach management. We are not fussy people and are truly disappointed and angry at tgis experience. Not worth the money.

Most beautiful resort. Rooms were large clean, air conditioned with furniture to put clothes away. Grounds were very clean lots of areas to lounge with umbrellas. Great restaurant beautiful views quick walk down stairs to beach. A bit away from the town but easy drive. Used hotel drivers they were great. Staff was excellent.

This hotel is gem! The staff was from greeting to farewell always extremly friendly and helpfull. I stayed in room 11 a garden side lodge and absolutely loved it. Very spacious room with big windows all around and beautiful view of the lush garden. The infintiy terasse pool is breathtaking, but as quite busy (influencers, groups of people and childern) I prefered to stay at the hidden pool which I think is even a bit nicer, as you can see the beach and listen to the birds of the forest and the waves of the sea. I loved the pool service - super friendly as always. Great juices! The restaurant was excellent! Hands down the best food I had all over Indonesia. Good variety of meals. Great and healthy breakfast joice too. The view is breathtaking. One night there was a band playing, which made a good atmosphere. The Spa location is very unique with little huts above the sea. A shame you dont really see the view while facing down or up having a treatment. But you can hear the waves, which is very calming. The massage was normal balinese quality, nothing speial though. I had better ones. Overall prices clearly higher than at other places on Bali, but I guess you pay for the whole experience. The only thing I missed is a free water supply. You have one 1 liter bottle in the room, which gets refilled when they make your room. But if you only stay two nights it will only get refilled once. Which is not enough... Overall a great experience and I can highly recommend!

The property was beautiful, bellboy's were amazing and helpful. The reception staff and spa staff were arrogant. The food quality was bad, we received pieces of plastic in our sauce and taste of the food doesn't justify the price.

Resort tranquillo, curato anche se in alcuni dettagli avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, personale molto gentile, cibo selezionato e buono. Acqua del rubinetto non potabile. La struttara ĆØ posizionata su una strada privata, non molto sicura, di proprietĆ  degli abitanti della zona che abusivamente si propongono per trasportarti con la loro macchina.

Hotel tres bien situƩ avec une vue superbe la restauration est tres bonne je ne mets pas tes bien car il serait bien d avoir une bouteille d eau en plus (1/jour) car nous Ʃtions 2 pers et l eau n est pas potable 1 seul passage /jour dans la chambre et pas assez de serviettes Ʃponge seulement 2 grandes et 2 petites pas de peignoir et eau chaude consommƩe au bout de 5mn ceux sont des dƩtails qui pourrait amƩliorer l Ʃtat des chambres qui sont tres belles le gƩrant et le cuisinier sont franƧais et sympathique ce qui nous a bien aidƩ tres bel endroit avec plusieurs piscine et petite plage privƩe on y retournera sans hƩsiter

Hidden Gem

The perfect start to our Bali adventure after a long flight. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout (including sorting out our luggage that was stuck in Singapore) and the aptly named The View Restaurant was just that and along with the infinity pools provided stunning views and sunsets. The Senses spa is also worth a visit. All in all a wonderful experience.

Die Anlage ist wunderschƶn. Der Pool und die Aussicht ist das klare Highlight. Wir hatten zuerst eine Gardenside Lodge. Diese ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad hat mehrere MƤngel aufgewiesen. Die HĆ¼tte war leider sehr durchlƤssig sodass viele Tiere reinkommen

Un emplacement top avec une vue mer fabuleuse. Lā€™hĆ“tel est joliment amĆ©nagĆ© et dĆ©corĆ© avec goĆ»t. Le personnel est au petit soins et toujours souriant. Excellents petits dĆ©jeuners. Infinity pools on the cliff were beautiful, food was excellent but a little slow. Rooms were great and clean. Staff were perfectly helpful and accommodating

The rooms were very comfortable, we stayed in nina5. Great place to rest your head and roomy bathroom. The pools were beautiful. The staff were great and very accommodating. The food was delicious and wonderfully prepared but it took a long time. The location is a little ways from the beach. It with a scooter rental is only 5 minutes away. Dreamland beach only 8 minutes away and both are fabulous! Hit them at low tide for best surf and both have board rentals

Relaxed atmosphere and stunning views

Great hotel with a stunning view and pool area. Very relaxing vibe. Beds are quite hard. Only downside with the hotel is that itā€™s not possible to order grab or online taxi pickups because thereā€™s a taxi mafia on the hotelā€™s street which makes things a bit more complicated (or more expensive if you choose the taxi mafia).
