Another satisfying staying in Yamagata Kaku

This is our second time stayed in this hotel. We loved the huge hot spring pool inside the room. The location is unbeatable, close to both train and bus stations. We love the convenience and service!

The service at the hotel was impeccable from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and the staff took the time to walk us to our room, demonstrating the various features it offered. We loved the bathrobes and slippers provided, and we especially enjoyed the in-room hot spring in a huge bath tub. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a variety of set meals to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Conveniently located near the main station, the hotel offers a wide range of activities, including yoga, craft sessions, Nintendo Switch games, and toys and books for young children. The front desk staff was amazing with excellent services. The room was large and spacious and the public baths were very nice with a cold and hot pool. The hotspring here is not with sulfur and so it does not have the smell. Things in the minifridge were also free. Highly recommend

I had a great experience. The hotel has all you need for a relaxing stay. The rooms are super clean and thoughtfully designed. Staff are great, but need to pay more attention to details. The dehumidifier was full when I checked in, and I didn't notice until I was ready for bed, so I didn't call the front desk. Minor thing, but if they had caught it, my stay would be 10/10. I would still recommend this hotel though!

Large, clean and comfortable room for family of 4. Spacious bathroom with double sinks and a large bath. Service was excellent and responsive. The pillows provided were neither firm enough for the head nor soft enough to hug, but the staff were quick to provide with contoured foam pillows and softer pillows when I asked. Kids enjoyed the games room a lot.
