El apartamento está situado en una casa de 3 familiar se encuentra en el primer piso con un patio privado, que tiene bancos, tabla, parrilla de gas, parrilla de carbón y una torre de fuego. El apartamento ha sido totalmente renovado con un pisos de madera, baldosas de cerámica, nueva cocina y baños, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, utensilios, vasos, tazas, platos, ollas, sartén. Dispone de 2 dormitorios con una reina cama cada, y una cama Queen sofá en el salón así que el apartamento tiene capacidad para 6 gente fácil. TAMBIÉN HAY una plancha y una IRONBORD DISPONIBLE, secador de pelo, toallas, jabón, champú y acondicionador, papertowels Y papel higiénico, ASÍ. Hay tres grupos TV EN LA CASA DE LA TV CON CABLE E INTERNET. El calor se proporciona en el invierno y aire acondicionado en el verano.
El barrio es muy amable a una cuadra de el millón de Casas del dólar y millones de dólares de vista de Manhattan, seguro y cerca de centros comerciales, restaurantes, cafeterías parques y patios.
La ubicación es muy CERCA DE NUEVA YORK, viajar es muy fácil con el BUS, DE 15 MIN sin tráfico, también es posible con el ferry por el acantilado QUE ADEMÁS DE TRANSPORTE A TRAVÉS DE PROPORCIONA Manhatttan ASÍ. TODOS LOS AUTOBUSES va a la AUTORIDAD PORTUARIA EN NYC que se encuentra en la 8ª Avenida y 42 calle de una sola cuadra de la TIME SQUARE (MIDTOWN). El billete es SOLO 3 DÓLARES una manera. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. We really appreciated the owner’s kindness and friendliness, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The apartment was spotless and very well maintained.The location is excellent, and we especially valued how easy it was to get to New York City by bus—the connectivity is fantastic.Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Nice stay at Paul's

We had a nice time at Paul's appartment. It is clean, nice and has everything we needed for our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm and the house is well communicated with NY via bus. The fact that it is in New Jersey is a plus, so that would mean we left the NY rush and went into a peacefull environment, whish was greatly appreciated. Paul is an excelent owner that takes care of everything and looks for your confort. Nice stay for a nice visit!

Very clean apartment. The information listed on Vrbo was a little confusing. Laundry was listed as an amenity but its a laundry mat at the end of the street. VRBO has the check out time as 11 but the host put 10. The upstairs unit was quite but you can hear everything. It was a safe clean apartment for a family of 4 but I wish the communication was clearer. The area is very friendly and getting into nyc was eaay everyday.

I think we found our spot when we want to visit the city! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Lots of stores and restaurants are just a short walk or drive away. We felt safe in this area, even at night. The views of the NYC skyline are a short walk away and are absolutely stunning at night! Paul was very responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful.

Highly recommend! Great location, close to the bus stop to take into NYC, cozy stay, and communication and help was great with the owner. Very nice people. The only recommendation I’d add would be make sure you arrive to park before 5/6pm because parking in the evening is next to impossible. We thankfully found a public parking ramp and parked in there and took an Uber back because we arrived late.

Plenty of space for a place near NYC. Host was very responsive! Couldn't ask for more. The apartment had a ton of clothes hangars - more than any guests will need. Only downside was not the fault of the host....more a fact of living in and near-NYC....if there are guests in the upstairs floor, you will hear them clearly. Can be annoying if they return late at night. But the host was again super responsive when the matter was raised and he followed up with the upstairs guests.

Clean and spacious apartment, located in a friendly residential area with various shops and restaurants close by. Also just a short walk from public transport to Manhattan - and the views across the Hudson (also whilst you're on the bus) are fabulous. Easy communication with the host, very clear instructions on how to get to the house. If only we could have stayed longer!

Everything as expected!Paul is very helpful! British Airways lost our luggage and he did take cate of it while we are touring Manhattan (it was delivered in the afternoon).This is a perfect budget stay, when you want to visit New York. Bus with NJTransport is only 4USD and you are at Times Square in approx 15-20min. We never waited longer than 5 min for a bus!The apartment is equipped with everything you need!Full recommendation. When we are visiting NY next time we will come back!

Getaway to the city

Great location, clean, walking distance to a lot of good food and necessities. The host was by far the best host I've ever had at a VRBO. The host helped with parking and was always available for any questions we had. So if it's your 1st time to New York City, or just another visit, please consider booking here.

New York Trip

Awesome trip! We biked by the Statue of Liberty. Saw a play on Broadway. We learned to ride the buses in New Jersey and the subways in Manhatten. We took a tour of Central Park. Paul, the host, was great. He helped us find parking for our truck. These apps were really helpfull: Moovit, NJtransit, SpotHero, ParkMobile. Once we learned how to park and use transit, the trip was great.
