Accès au logement très facile par digicode.Logement calme... pas de bruit!Hebergement propre, fonctionnel, lit confortable et canapé lit ultra confortable. Les enfants ont extrêmement bien dormi dedans.Cuisine très bien équipée.Localisation : 13 minutes du PATH, 10 minutes du centre commercial ACME, 10 minutes du bord de l'Hudson pour de très belles vues sur NY et des promenades agréables. Nous avons sejourné 12 jours avec nos enfants de 11 ans et 5 ans. Nous avons préféré un logement sur Hoboken pour un espace plus grand et plus de tranquillité . Les trajets tous les jours sur NY ont été fait avec le PATH, ça rallonge un peu le temps de transport mais c est tout à fait faisable.Nous avons séjourné en juillet 2025 avec de grosses chaleurs. Merci pour la climatisation dans l appartement, un bonheur.Mention spéciale et formidable pour la communication et la réactivité de notre hôte à nos questions logistiques. Merci
