We had a nice stay hereโ€ฆ the owner was there to greet us when we arrived to check in, and even though we were early, he had our room ready and allowed us to check in early. He was friendly and even gave us a few recommendations of where to visit while we stayed. We stayed in a traditional ondol room, so it was nostalgic for me, having grown up in Jeonju, but if youโ€™re not accustomed to sleeping on the floor, you might want to opt for a room that has a bed. We loved the location since it was located within the tourist area, so there were plenty of shopping and dining options, all within walking distance. Weโ€™ll definitely consider staying here again if we visit Jeonju in the future.

Love the authentic Hanok stay experience! Owner is very helpful. Location is good, can walk to all places of interest. Can still find a parking lot which is convenient for us. The floor is heated which is good but would like to be able to control the temperature.

The owner is very helpful. Called taxi and offered to book bus/train which could be difficult if you donโ€™t have a Korean number / credit card. Room / accommodation itself is good enough to stay for a night or two.

Really enjoyed the hanok experience. Room was as expected, sleeping on the floor was unique. Food options are plentiful. Host was very friendly and helpful, even offered to call the taxi when checking out. Highly recommended.

The location was ideal and the owners were very kind. The room was a bit smaller than I imagined but thatโ€™s okay. We had a light flickering in the middle of the night and front desk staff came to fix it. Soundproofing was not so great, you could hear every sound anyone in the building makes.

Hanok joys

The hanok stay is quite nice to experience. This location is ideal, its not far from the village either. The check-in was simple and the host was good. Only thing is the ground is quite sore and you can hear a little too much from the other rooms. There are no toothbrushes so be sure to buy one beforehand. The heating was very good and the fold out matt was also heated. For the price its very good.

Relaxing

I found it very relaxing to stay at a Hanok guesthouse. Though the walls are very thin and you can hear most things, it's a great experience. The mattress is something you have to get used to as it's thin and it can feel like you're sleeping on the floor. The place is in the Hanok village, so it's easy to find something to do.
