Name of hotel is a misnomer. It is not even listed in the local e-hailing app and quite a distance from Jeju Airport! Front office staff could not communicate even in simple English.

Convenient location from the airport without being right by the airport. Garage parking on the next block was a little odd, but convenient to have nonetheless. The state of the room was subpar. The coffee table wasnโ€™t even wiped down and had a sticky residue on it. Carpet was stained. Bathroom sink had a crack in it and the bathroom drain was full of snot. Shower pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Two downside. Staff is not well converse in English.. they did not try to understand my needs and just say no to all my questions (I have tried to use google translate to communicate). Second thing would be the floor and room inside stink terribly with tobacco smell. Other things were fine.

Value For Money But Not For Everyone

It was a decent stay. We had the Family Suite, which was slightly outdated and has seen better days. There were also a few dead mosquitoes that had previously been splattered on the wall; no complementary toothbrushes or toothpaste either (we always pack our own Anyway). Nevertheless, The room was large, bathtub was nice, sofa and beds were comfortable. No real issues. For an average of ๏ฟฆ75K (ยฃ50/$64) per night (four nights; including the weekend), one cannot complain. I also had the opportunity to peek into other rooms that were being serviced after early checkouts, and they actually looked in much better condition. I'm guessing that the larger suites take longer to clean, aren't booked as much as the smaller rooms, and are therefore subject to decline and less upkeep. My advice would be to not book a suite, but to go for a general or deluxe room (if you could live without a bathtub).

the room type that i booked is junior suite, it is very good for us, big and comfortable. Location is pretty good, 5 mins walk to lotte duty fee and Yeon-dong. But the carpark is not near hotel, it needs to walk around 2 mins
