The hotel is a good standard hotel. Staffs were polite . Easy to join day tour as pickup spots next door to hotel. But , area don’t have lots of shops like other parts of Jeju . Public transport not very convenient. Near to airport n free shuttle service .

Very nice hotel. Staff show great respect to guests and are very helpful. The breakfast was a bit expensive and we decided against it because we only wanted a light snack. Ate at Paris Baguette next door which was pretty good.

Hotel provides shuttle to hotel. Hotel is linked to shopping mall. Staff won’t help w luggage so you have to bring it up and down yourself. Laundry room provided. Have to pay for pool if you didn’t include it in your booking. Overall a good stay. Room was big too.
