I was a bit worried about this hotel because the price was lower than I usually pay. The lobby was a bit dated, but the rooms were nicely updated and really good to stay in. Lots around to see, lots of eating options. The local restaurant was okay for breakfast, wasn't a fan of the dinner, I had a chicken dish with chicken bits, really had to watch out for bones. I'd go to this hotel again, probably eat somewhere else for dinner though.

The hotel was clean and the staff generally friendly, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant stay. Its location was a major highlight—just a short walk from Black Pork Street, numerous excellent local restaurants, and Jeju Airport—making it a convenient base for exploring the island. One moment that stood out, however, was when I asked for help booking a rental car and was simply directed to search online. This felt a little dismissive, though it may have been due to a language barrier rather than a lack of willingness to assist. There were a few other drawbacks worth mentioning. The timing of the pool maintenance was somewhat inconvenient, limiting guest access during the day. Basic amenities like toothbrushes were not provided complimentary and had to be purchased at reception—a practice that seems common across other accommodations I have stayed at, but still felt unusual compared to international norms. Additionally, while the hotel does feature a games room and gym, both facilities were noticeably outdated and would benefit from refurbishment to better meet modern expectations. Overall, while not without its flaws, the hotel offers a solid and convenient option for travelers looking to explore Jeju.

Great bedroom and bathroom with a view of the ocean. Our sleep was very comfortable. Tapdong Plaza is across the street and very lively at night with buskers, many people walking and friends chilling along the steps with snacks and drinks. There is lots of parking alongside the hotel and Tapdong Plaza for those with car hires. The hotel is a short walk to Dongmun Market with many restaurants surrounding the area.

Worst hotel breakfast ever experienced

Room was alright. We got the sea view which was nice. We prebooked breakfast via Hotels.com and were disappointed to find out the breakfast was much cheaper booking at the hotel directly. Breakfast was probably the worst hotel breakfast I have encountered and I travel quite a bit. The hot food was cold. There weren't really many options for those who prefer Western style cuisine. It was raw vegetables, boney fish, raw fish and some cold pork. They also had fruit loops and cornflakes and some bread. I don’t eat pork so nothing really available for me. Every second day they had cold wedges and cold beef bulgogi so at least I could eat something. But it was cold. On the alternative days I went to the convenience store next door to buy something as all I could really have was juice. Most hotels have beef, chicken and potato options but here only beef and potato every other day and no chicken.The laundry service was more expensive than buying new clothes so we didn't use that - it was 11,000 won to wasj 1 tshirt. Housekeeping was good, but on the last day I noticed my epilator bag was missing so must have been thrown away. The market nearby was good for dinner options. There was also a water fountain show at night near that which was good. The chicken downstairs we didn’t try as it seemed expensive. The location was good.

The hotels pictures didn’t really look like it in real life. The place was small compared to the pics and really nowhere in the lobby to hang out in. I would say its a 3 star feeling, the breakfast was okay, nothing to really get excited about in the mornings. The dinner option on property is fried chicken and it’s alright.
