Not a convenient location at all.

There were hair on the bedsheets and toilet shower area sink when we checked in. Room was kinda small and didn't look as new and good as in pic. Location is not convenient at all. The nearest shops outside the hotel was a convenient shop and cafe. I do not understand why reviews stated it's very convenient and near to mall & many shops. We saw other cafes when our cab passed by on the way to hotel but it's not very near; need to walk quite a distance. Staffs were pleasant but couldn't speak fluent English so communication was a bit difficult as we need to keep repeating.

Hotel under renovation

Hotel was near the cliff line of the ocean, and is being renovated or something. It smelled like paint and there were workers everywhere. The hotel breakfast was horrible. Walk down to the coffee shop or convenience store instead.
