This custom-built 2 bed/ 1 bath masterpiece is set on 6 private acres with a wall of windows that creates a magical stay! You've found the perfect place to relax, hike through the private forest, roast marshmallows over the campfire, and soak up the sounds of nature. The barrel sauna and wood-burning fire pit will definitely be a highlight! The perfect place to create memories that will last a lifetime!

This newly built custom A-frame is set on 6 private acres in the Catskill forest just 1 mile away from Jeffersonville. The house features two full bedrooms, one bath, and a beautiful open floor plan. You have a full kitchen that has everything that you would need to prepare meals, a dining area overlooking the woods and a cozy living space with a fireplace and HDTV to snuggle up and watch a movie.
Outside features include a cedar barrel sauna, wood-burning fire pit, BBQ grill, and propane fire table on the deck, as well as a small spring-fed stream on the property that often has running water. Go out locally and learn to fly fish, take hikes, and try local breweries and food in Livington Manor. This area is a true small-town experience.
