This hotel might look not very eye-catching on the outside, but it is very well furnished on the inside. I'm genuinely surprised of how well the lobby and rooms are furnished. Really friendly staff, location is easy to find, and a open air hot tub! We are lucky enough to find a spot on the street right out side of the hotel door, and the hotel covers the parking fees for us. Otherwise there is a big parking lot right around the corner with plenty of space so parking is not really a problem. Pleasant stay experience, would recommend.

Parking was an issue. I had to park 2 blocks from the hotel. The hotel is across the road from the train station. There are many trains a day going through Jasper. The rooms themselves are not very soundproof. It’s easy to hear guests talking in adjacent rooms. The Whistle Stop Pub is nice. The servers are friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is nice enough. I ordered granola parfait for breakfast. It came in a medium sized glass with maybe 2 tablespoons of granola, some Greek yogurt and a smattering of fruit. All that for $16. I thought it was over priced for the small amount of food.

This is a well located and decent hotel. What lets it down a bit is the pub attached to it plsying loud music late at night. It disrupted my sleep.

At the first time we arrived and saw the hotel from outside, it was looked an outdated hotel. But the vibes was different when we entered the lobby. The hotel is very well maintained. The room was so good and clean, with a coffee maker and fridge inside. There was a policy that we couldn't bring any appliances (sa microwave, cooker, etc) but there are plenty restaurant around the hotel. We didn't get the hotel parking lot, but the man in the front office help us registering our car's lisence plate so we could park in any street parking. If we have another chance visiting Jasper we will stay in here again.
