Beautiful, spacious mountain home!

My family and I had a great time staying here.There were 6 of us and we spent most of our time enjoying the perfect mountain top view along with playing cards, relaxing and grilling.We also went to eat locally in Jasper.

Beautiful cabin, fully stocked, views are incredible, very spacious and comfortable. Owners are friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and would definitely go back!

Great Labor Day Weekend

Had a wonderful three day weekend with our daughter,SIL and four of their children. Place was great and exactly as depicted in the photos. Bumper pool and shuffle board tables were a big hit with all of the family. Lots to do in the area. We did a nice 6.2 mile hike at Tobacco Pouch, picked apples at an orchard. Played disc golf at Reinhardt University, and water tuned. Wonderful weekend!!!

Lovely Georgia Mountain View Home

We enjoyed our stay. Great spot for peace and quiet on the shoulder of Mount Ogelthorpe, the highest mountain in Georgia. Easy access to the cute towns of Jasper and Ellijay.

Awesome get away home

The pictures don't do this house justice! From the incredible views, to the comfortable accommodations, this was the perfect get away for my family. We really enjoyed our time in the mountains, and this house was the absolute best place to rest and recharge.

Baseball and bears!

Amazing views! Was looking for a place to stay with four 16 year old boys in town for a baseball tournament! Didn’t realize just how steep the mountains in Georgia were but seeing bears strolling by made the drive and hikes worth it!! Definitely a good drive away from just running out to do something or pick up food, which gave us so many opportunities to just stay in playing card games, listening to music and sitting in the hot tub!

wonderful place for a family vacation

Lovely home and perfect for a family vacation. The 9 of us had plenty of room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable. The view of the mountains was spectacular and changed by the hour. We even had a couple of bear visits and they are surprisingly good at getting some trash out of a locked container. 😂 The roads and driveway are pretty steep, but that’s what happens when you are on top of a mountain. Plenty to do within a hour or so drive. Owners were very accommodating and quick to respond if needed. We had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Views

This property has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The hosts have thought of everything, even toiletries, dishwashing and laundry soap. But the best feature is the long range Mountain View from the deck. The deck can be a bit windy. There is also a grill, hot tub and fire pit but we didn’t get around to using any of those. Comfortable beds and furniture. The whole home is tastefully decorated. You will not be disappointed. The fenced off area for the dog was perfect. While walking her dog, my daughter and my husband saw bears not far from the property. There are walking trails not far away. We loved it so much we want to live in the area. Wonderful!

Perfect house for a family escape!

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It was a beautiful home perfect for our family. The owners have thought of everything! The views from the hot tub were amazing especially as we watched the sunsets and deer grazing in the yard. We were able to get to several amazing hikes, breweries and a winery. I am so happy to report the beds were SO comfortable. So many times we stay at beautiful homes with uncomfortable beds. This was NOT the case here…all the beds were amazing and let us rest! They even thought of darkening curtains! The hosts were excellent and so welcoming! We will be back for sure!

Loved this chalet!

The home was exactly as described with amazing views, and was perfectly appointed. The bedding and linens were amazing and the kitchen and game room were wonderful. The fire pit was great too!

Beyond amazing!!

I rent through VRBO a lot, and I was skeptical to rent one without a review (new home), but I did - and I do not regret it for a minute! This home is much bigger and more open than the pictures lead it to be. The property & views - there are no words to describe it! We had 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Everyone had the best time! Thank you so much for sharing your "High Life" with us.

Wonderful Trip

Our stay here was everything we expected it to be. The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as it was described. We had a little hiccup with getting into the home during check in but the hosts were very responsive and quickly got us in. Will definitely be back if we are traveling in the area again!
