You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Deposit: COP 1 per accommodation, per stay
• Cash deposit for Spring Break: COP 100000 per night for guests staying between 01 November - 22 January
• You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).
