Domstolat is a historic country house on the Bobr River in the picturesque village of Janowice Wielkie, close to Rudawy Park and the Giant Mountains. The perfect base for outdoor adventures.

Domstolat offers two complete holiday homes under one roof. Domstolat A and Domstolat B both have their own private entrances. A and B can be connected internally to create one large holiday home (Domstolat C).

This holiday home, Domstolat B (5032243), has a large open space on the first floor that can be used for various activities, such as yoga classes and workshops. This indoor play area with mini billiards and table football is ideal for families with children. There are also plenty of children's toys available.

Domstolat B has a garden with garden furniture, a trampoline, a barbecue, and a fire place. The barn is a play paradise with a sandbox, swings, slide, and table tennis.

Ferienwohnung, die wenig Wünsche offen lässt!

Domstolat ist ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus. Hier haben Familien mit Kindern wirklich alles was man braucht. Angefangen von der Spieletage mit Tischkicker und Billard über die Scheune mit weiteren tollen Freizeitmöglichkeiten wie Tischtennis, Schaukel, Sandspiel usw. Bis hin zur Feuerstelle mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen für einen schönen Tagesausklang. Platz ist hier wirklich reichlich vorhanden. Wir haben die Unterkunft vorallem als guten Startpunkt für Wanderungen genutzt. Hier haben uns vorallem die guten Hinweise von Pavel dem Hausverwalter sehr weitergeholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür... Wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder.

Klasse Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Spielscheune hat den Kindern bei jedem Wetter viel Freude bereitet. Es war ein toller Start für viele schöne Wanderung. Man hat alles in der näheren Umgebung was man braucht. Der Verwalter hatte viele gute Tipps was man machen konnte. Werden nicht das letzte mal dort gewesen sein.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Domstolat

Sauber, komfortabel und genug Platz für grosse Familien. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und lädt zum Wandern ein. Die Wanderwege im nahegelegenen Naturpark sind sehr gut beschriftet.

Großartiges Ferienhaus mit toller Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Wir waren mit Hunden dort und konnten diese problemlos laufen lassen. Die Kinder hatten eine ganze Etage für sich zum spielen und in 15 Minuten ist man in Jelenia Góra. Wir kommen wieder

Prachtig huis op een fijne plek

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in dit fijne huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. De tuin is geweldig en voor de kinderen is er veel vermaak. De omgeving is prachtig. Gastheer en vader zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben het heel erg naar ons zin gehad!

Puur genieten

Het prachtige okergele huis is indrukwekkend en de ontvangst punctueel en hartelijk. De omgeving is uitermate rustgevend en het uitzicht op en het geluid van het kabbelende riviertje naast het huis is de kers op de taart. Je bent hier gewoon even gelukkig.

Erholung pur

Wir sind mit unserem Hund über Sylvester aus der Stadt aufs Land geflohen mit der Hoffnung, dass wir der Knallerei etwas entgehen können. Es erwartete uns eine wunderbare Haushälfte mit reichlich Platz und guter Ausstattung. Die Regendusche ist superklasse und auch der Blick aus dem ersten Stock über die Felder ist reine Erholung. Die Kommunikation vor Anreise und dann vor Ort mit Pavel war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Alles klappte wie am Schnürchen und dazu erhielten auch wir eine kleine, persönliche Dorfführung zur ersten Oreintierung. Auch die Essenstips waren sehr hilfreich. Dank des kleinen Ofens konnten wir uns dann Abends auch tüchtig einheizen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und hat noch reichlich Charme der Nachwende. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und werden hoffentlich mal wieder kommen. Und auch die Knallerei zum neuen Jahr war sehr verhalten und nach 10 Minuten vorbei. Hat alles geklappt. Wir haben uns alle gut erholt.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Wir hatten auch nicht vermutet das es so Idyllisch liegt. Man kann den ganzen Tag im Garten verbringen. Das Haus ist praktisch und schön eingerichtet und hat extrem viel Platz. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos funktioniert und das Personal vor Ort war super nett.Direkt in der Nähe sind auch Wanderrouten für die man sonst weit anreisen muss. Alles Perfekt also. Danke

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Lage

Das Haus ist einfach wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben in unserem Urlaub wirklich nichts vermisst. Alles sehr gepflegt und ordentlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhaltnis ist einfach unschlagbar. Im Ort ist es ruhig und überschaubar, trotzdem gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäcker und Brauerei. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuss circa eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Mit der Linie kommt man sogar bis nach Breslau oder Jelena gora die nächste größere Stadt. Die Lage ist top zu vielen Ausflugszielen und Skipisten. Wir selbst fuhren nach Tschechien (cerna hora) wo sich ein großes Skigebiet befindet ( circa 1h10). Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter ist Spitze. Er gibt Tipps für die Anreise, reagiert zu jeder Tageszeit und bietet sogar eine kleine Tour durch das Örtchen. Seine Ratschläge zu Ausflügen sind unbezahlbar! Wir werden sicher im Sommer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank nochmals für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Eine Oase im Grünen - Naturpur

Das Ferienhaus liegt weitab von jedem Lärm, mitten im Grünen, in der Nähe des Flusses Bober. Gut ausgestattet, viel Platz, gute Betten, Geräte funktionieren. Möbel im Garten. Zentral im Hirschberger Tag - kurze Wege zu Sehenwürdigkeiten. Pawel ist das Herzstück. Optimale Betreuung durch Pawel. Er hat uns alles wichtige im Ort gezeigt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Lieber Pawel, vielen Dank nochmals für diese super Betreuung.

Perfekt für Familie mit Hund

Obwohl wir oft in Ferienhäusern sind, haben wir noch nie so eine professionelle und gleichzeitig so freundliche Betreuung erlebt. Bis in die letzten Details war an alles gedacht. Zum Beispiel, rief uns der Verwalter Pawel zwei Tage vor unserer Ankunft an und erkundigte sich, wann wir gerne ankommen würden. Auch Huub hat sich von Amsterdam aus gemeldet, um die eventuell vorhandene Fragen zu beantworten. Wir haben eine Woche im Oktober im Domstolat B verbracht, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder und 1 großer Hund . Das Objekt war mit seiner Aufteilung perfekt für uns geeignet, alle hatten genug Platz. Der Besitzer hat in der Küche, den Bädern und den Zimmern an alles gedacht, sogar Futternäpfe für die Hunde waren vor Ort. Den großen Aufenthaltsraum in dem 1. OG haben wir gerne genutzt. Der Blick auf die Wiese gleich hinter dem Haus ist atemberaubend. Mit unserem Hund konnten wir sofort auf dem Feld spazieren gehen. Pawel hat uns ausgezeichnete Restaurants empfohlen, z.B. Fischrestaurant in Podgorki oder Karzma im Nebenort. Unser Auto haben wir in der großen abschließbaren Garage untergebracht. Nebengebäude Domstolat A haben während unseres Aufenthaltes im Domstolat B zwei liebe ältere Herrschaften gemietet, die uns auch viele Tipps für Wander- und Ausflugsziele gaben. In dieser bezaubernder Gegend ist echt viel zu sehen! Die beiden Domstolate befinden sich unmittelbar daneben, aber man hört gar nichts von den Anderen. Der große Induktions-Herd ist ausgezeichnet. Die Bäder sind auch schön groß und neu. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine haben uns jeden Tag treue Dienste geleistet. Wir kommen wieder!
