Amazing staff.

The staff made staying at this hotel special. I arrived early to this hotel before I stared my tour to adjust to the time change of 12 hours. The hotel was quite and the beds very comfortable.

I have been staying in this hotel for many years now (5+ years) because it is closed to my parent's' house. I feel it is a good value hotel. Facility, particularly the room is clean, though a bit small. Breakfast has many options, though the food is just okay. In my recent stay in January 2020, I found the towels are a bit dirty (grayish, not white color) and worn out.

ローカル人中心のやりたい放題ホテル

値段に見合った快適な滞在を望むならおすすめしません。向かいのノボテルや新築のホリデイ・インをおすすめします。 2019年4月に3泊しました。客層はローカルのインドネシア人中心。そのため、どこでもタバコを吸い、深夜まで廊下でも大声ではしゃいで回り、某国のツアー客よりひどい有様です。 エアコンが壊れて大きな騒音を夜中3時に出し始めたり、レインシャワーが壊れていたり、セーフティボックスが壊れていたり、壁のあちこちが剥がれていたりとメンテナンスの雑さが目立ちます。 朝食ビュッフェは品数は多いものの、ローカルフードメインのため、私はほとんど食べることができませんでした（口に合わない）。また保温している蓋もすべての料理で閉めずに開けっ放しのため、朝8時ごろになると干からびていて、とても食べられる状態ではありませんでした。 またジャカルタでは足となっているGrabなどの配車サービスのうち、セキュリティの観点からバイクは敷地内に入れない（ロビーの出口まで来られない）のも減点ポイントです。
