My family and I are very impressed at the amazing service rendered here. Staff are always ready with a smile, whenever our private hire reaches the hotel, staff at the entrance will never fail to open our car doors and help us with our items. Front desk is friendly, greeting us and smiling whenever we walk past. We had our flight arrive early on the day of check-in, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel to grab breakfast. The hotel has a lovely lounge area which is spacious and comfortable. They were kind to allow us to check-in early at 12pm. Hotel has kid-friendly activities such a tote bag painting and DIY slime making, as well as an indoor playground in the meeting room. The pool facilities were clean and well-managed. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety that changes daily. There's a live egg station and empty dishes were cleared promptly. Feedback was sought from management about the food and any dissatisfaction was almost immediately worked upon. Housekeeping team was very friendly. One of the housekeepers, Cindy, folded a crab out of a bath towel for our young children. They loved it. We appreciate the extra service given by her. Room was always tidied up well, with the kitchenette in the room, we did not expect our dishes to be washed, but they were. Thank you Citadines for providing our family with such an amazing stay. We will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others, especially for those with young children.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Beds, toilets and air conditioning are good. It's just that the buffet breakfast set is limited and quite pricey. There was a large demonstration going on nearby so felt a abit unsafe.

Basic hotel

Towels are gray not white. Room is not very clean. The AC make super noisy sound as it is at your balcony. Blanket smell like someone’s arm pit. Only good thing is service, they react to your request really fast
