We were a family group of 21 people, ages 7-70. It was great that every room had its own bathroom. It was a learning curve to not put toilet paper down the toilet, but the kids caught on quickly. It was wonderful to have an outdoor kitchen and eating area. The kitchen has everything you may need to make a meal for 21. We did it easily. The neighborhood has plenty of stores to buy food, or there are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. It is only a short walk to the beach. You can rent surf boards right on the way. The swimming pool was perfect. Deep enough and big enough. The young ones started and ended their days in the pool. We had 5 cars and had room to park them all. We had a mango tree that kept dropping mangos on us to eat. There was a neighborhood cat that kept killing the lizards on the property. No one ever had any issues with anything in the rooms. Air conditioning was great. A couple rooms get more street noise than the others but they just moved rooms. This is a great property to rent.
