We really enjoyed our 11 days at this updated, clean, comfortable condo with a great view of the ocean. It was quiet and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Fernandina. We would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Amelia Island condo. It was very clean, quiet, and offered a beautiful view that made for a truly relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described and well-maintained. The only small downside was that the couch wasn’t very comfortable for movie nights, but otherwise, it was a fantastic stay and we’d happily return.

Issue

There were only a couple of small issues. The two metal chairs on the porch that are really rusty and the beach umbrella is shot. Also I would consider a new couch.

There was a musty smell and the ceiling had, what appeared to look like black mole, on it in the bedroom and there was a large amount. I took pictures and sent to Vacasa but no response. The smell was quite distinct.

The property as a whole is well maintained. I have stayed here several times previously and have been very pleased. This particular condo appeared to have surface cleaning done; however there was terrible mildew/dirt on the ceilings; the comforter had stains on it; the A/C seemed to not be working properly and did not remove humidity. The condo felt damp and humid the entire visit. The dryer was full of lint. This unit definitely needs updating!! We were very disappointed with this experience.

Nice beach location

Nice view of the beach. In general the property was clean and well-maintained. Only issue was the living room sofa. Apparently it had been cleaned and was damp for the first 2 days of our stay. That limited some of our comfort to sit and watch TV.

Amelia Forever....

I fell in love with Amelia Island several years ago on vacation. Coming back this time and having the perfect water view and access just rekindled my love for this beautiful island. A must have vacation and a perfect place to stay!

Great location

Condo could use some updates but location is great. Nice view, easy quick walk to beach and pool. Quiet community. Check in was well communicated prior to arrival and very easy.

WONDERFUL!

This is a well-decorated condo that had everything we needed for a relaxing get away. Views are spectacular, walk to the beach and pool is super quick. There was a card from the management with the cleaning staff and manager's name and number for any problems. Would definitely stay again!

Felt more like a hotel room than condo

I was disappointed in the condo. We stayed 10 days. We actually left one day early. We stayed at another condo in this complex and it felt like being home. Most of the furnishings were very cheap looking. The bed was comfortable, but there was barely walking space between it and the huge dresser. The balcony had old wooden chairs on it with dark blue paint on them that was cracking and peeling. I’m not sure what tv service they had, but, we couldn’t find any national channels. We never saw any information on the service. Check in was easy since we didn’t have to go to the office. I liked using codes opposed to using a key. My husband preferred a key because the beach restroom requires a key. The shower rod is installed upside down which made the inside curtain lay on the bottom of the tub and would not stay closed. The toilet paper was so thin you had to use quite a bit each time. There was 1 and 1/2 rolls. We had to go buy more. The beach chair was broken. They had 1 handi-wipe and 1 dish towel. There were 3 washing machine tabs. Everywhere else we’ve stayed had a good stock of dish rags and towels, washing machine liquid and dishwasher cleaner. There were 5 dishwasher tabs. The table on the balcony was too low for the chairs. They need a high top for the chairs. It also needed cleaning. It had smeared bird feces on it. It was just a dark, old looking condo. I would not stay here again.

Winter escape

Labor Day Getaway

The property was as advertised. Clean and convenient. Excellent beach view from the balcony, bedroom, and living room. A short walk on the beach walkway to the beach. The pool area was nice and refreshing. Convenient to restaurants and other activities.

Wonderful stay

The location of the condo is fantastic. The deck had a great view of the ocean and we could hear the waves while having coffee in the morning. The check in office is off site, but very close. Very easy access to the beach.

Great condo, pool and close to beach

Enjoyed this condo for our first visit to Amelia Island. Great location in a gated condo complex. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. Easy walk to beach. Beautiful view from the balcony on the 3rd floor in building 1. This unit had everything we needed, even beach chairs and an umbrella. Cool AC, updated kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable king bed. Would definitely stay again.

The view was great but it wasn’t very clean nor was it updated, sliding glass door was malfunctioning and some of interior doors were nasty of dirt grease or something , Bed was comfortable. I’ve stayed in this complex before with nicer floors and walks with games provided with was a perk but this place needs TLC
