Surrounded by lush live oaks and scenic walking paths, this serene retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, coastal charm, and upscale resort ambiance.

🛠 Fully Renovated & Thoughtfully Designed –
Completed in late 2022, this corner villa was carefully redesigned with coastal-inspired tones of soft sand and ocean blues. From custom cabinetry and fresh furnishings to hand-picked details, this space was curated to reflect the serenity of its surroundings. Our goal: a peaceful, home-away-from-home feel — with the touches of luxury you deserve.

Enjoy sweeping views of Amelia’s coastline from the living room, dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook, and main bedroom — plus a balcony off the primary suite and views of the villa’s pool and lounging area.

--- Second Suite: King bed, walk-in closet, desk, and full private bath

--- Third Bedroom: Two full beds + updated en-suite bathroom

-All mattresses were replaced with high-quality models in January 2025.

Whether you`re brewing morning coffee or preparing a beachside dinner, the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials and features sweeping ocean views.

👶 Kid-Friendly Extras –
Families are welcome! Upon request, we provide a Pack-n-Play and infant booster seat, and we try to keep beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear in the unit for your use.

--- Access to Omni resort walking/biking trails, spa, nature center, and mini golf Access to Omni resort dining, spa, nature center, shops, and scenic bike paths (Note: This unit is not part of the Omni rental program. Guests do not have access to the hotel pool, fitness center, or Racquet Park.) But we do have a HEATED pool located at the Shipwatch Villas for your use.

📌 Accessibility Note –
There is an elevator in the complex, but guests must use stairs to reach the villa entrance. This unit is not recommended for those with mobility concerns.

You’ll have full, private access to the villa. Open-air stairwells and exterior entryways allow for easy, socially distant access. Free parking is available on-site.
