Best Beach Front Hotel.

OMG. What can I say???Springhill Suites, Jax Beach is amazing. Super clean, super sleek, located in the middle of restaurants/bars and on the beach. Breathtaking views from all sides but I would definitely upgrade to the ocean view because it has a sitting balcony and chairs. Every corner of the hotel is clean and modern. We were able to find free street parking both nights. Apparently the public lots cost on the weekends. If your traveling on a modest budget, I wouldn't do valet. Great burger spot is Relish with the best pumkin pie milkshake that is 2 blocks away. I would also recommend Dockside Seafood (2 miles away). I didnt get a chance to try the onsite restaurant but the breakfast was great. The hotel itself is quiet but Saturday night the area is lively. Very safe area but great people watching and some noise outside on the street balcony view. I cant wait to return. The bars nearby looked ready for Sunday NFL football with big screens and plenty of seating. Oh and staff were always present, ready to help or assist and the cleaning crew comes daily.

The staff was excellent throughout. Friendly, courteous, always ready to assist. The view from our room, exceptional. Much more expensive than most SpringHill Suites properties. But understandable considering the its prime beachfront location. Needs a bit of updating, decor a bit ragged here and there. But we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. And we thank the entire staff for making it so.

This is the best way to stay on Jax Beach!!! The location is absolutely perfect! We enjoyed the valet parking; however, the hotel is valet only. If you don’t want to pay 28 dollars a night, you’ll need to park at the nearby lots. Our suite was gorgeous but could have been cleaner. It wasn’t gross but the floors were not the cleanest and I couldn’t see out of our side window the best because it was a little dirty. The furniture also wasn’t the softest. The mattress and couch were quite firm. However, the in suite bar area including a microwave was a great touch. The on-site restaurant was delicious with great customer service and gorgeous views of the beach. I’d definitely recommend staying here. My husband and I will be back!

I was extremely disappointed. They had locals coming in and out of the pool area. Multiple people would come in from the beach and jump in the the pool with their surf boards and not showering. The pool area was full of trash and not well taken care of. Our rooms were hot and poorly maintained. They put us in one room that had no view and no balcony, then when they moved us the room was even dirtier and barely had a balcony. We couldn’t sit out there or even be out there all as a family. Not to mention the noise, there was no sleep!!! Which if you’re traveling with two kids, sleep is treasured. At 2am there was a lady running the halls yelling “I got the Hennessy!!!!!”. I was just disappointed because we spent over $500 for a nice family time and all I left with was tired and grumpy mom!

Overall Good stay!

Oberall it was a pleasurable stay. Valet team was amazing...Breakfast was great and the beds were clean along with showers but the sofa in the suite was stained and dirty so we didnt sit on these.It is around a lot of bars but as long as you're in the upper floors its not a bother.
