The room was clean and smelled clean. Bed was pretty comfy. The AC was cold and shower hot. It had its iffy clientele that you could hear talking and laughing through the bathroom ventilation. Just closed the door then it was quiet. I just got my $50 deposit back today so, it took 7 days. They said you’d get it quicker if you used a debit card but I stuck with my credit card. All in all it was a good stay.

Check in staff was courteous and professional. The room was satisfactory but old and outdated. The tv remote didn’t work so it was difficult to figure out how to turn it on. There were no instructions. There were no amenities to speak of. But the price was the more important factor for me this trip so I didn’t expect it to be the Ritz.

First room I was assigned looked like someone was still sleeping in it. Booked for 2 days through this app and was forced to pay for an additional night that was already paid for. There was NO tissue or extra towels in the room at all. Then Friday morning I checked to see how much another night would cost if I checked out on Sunday after being told if I didn’t return in 15 minutes to show them my proof of payment all of my stuff would be outside. Highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable will NOT book again.

Disgusting. First night encountered the shower curtain that was molded. Second day, without notice at 10am, they cut the hot water off for repairs and brown gross water was coming out. On the last night, a huge cockroach was walking across the floor.
