Nice property, very short walk to beach. Clean and nicely decorated. The garage full of beach equipment was fantastic! Communication with owners couldn't have been better!Of Note--there are alot of stairs at this property. The house sits in an alley so the view from balconies are of the alley way and the back of neighboring houses. Hot tub is an older model but was very clean and enjoyable.

EXCELLENT Property and Management

We had a family gathering at Jacksonville Beach to watch my granddaughter pay Beach Volleyball. The location of this property was perfect in every way as the tournament was near the pier. The property manager reached out several times ahead of our stay reminding us our stay was upcoming. I reached out to her to see if we could check in early and she was able to accommodate us. Upon check in we found the house to be very clean and orderly. It was very well appointed with living spaces and bedrooms for us all. The space seems fairly new. The kitchen was especially nice with lots of dishes, pots and pans and utensils of all sorts. It was even stocked with lots of condiments of all sorts. We even had our chose of drip coffee pot or Keurig single serve with a stock of coffees and sugars. That was extra nice and completely unexpected. They even had bikes and beach chairs for our use. The hot tub in the back was a very nice feature but unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of that. Overall our stay could not have been better. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks to Karina in the management office for being so kind and helpful.

Jax family vacay!

Loved staying at this home it’s very peaceful and quiet and literally take 2 mins to walk to the beach! The food around this property is some of the best I’ve had in my 32 years! And the beaches are not crowded at all! The property managers were so friendly and answered every question I had! #lovedit

Perfect in Every Way

We had 3 families coming together for our 1st grandchild's graduation. We wanted an affordable place within walking distance of the beach that allowed us to all be together under 1 roof but also give us separate areas for each family to have their own space. This was the perfect layout and location for us! Gma & Gpa took the stunning primary suite upstairs, and the other 2 families fit perfectly in the bunk room and guest suite. We really enjoyed having the living area on the middle floor with the bedrooms on the floors above and below. This allowed people to stay up and chat in the main area while kids could go off to their rooms and not be bothered by the adults.The home had everything you'd want and we used every little extra offered (hot tub, grill, beach wagon to carry beach toys/chairs, beach canopy & umbrella for shade, washer/dryer, etc.) Everything you could possibly need or think of was there, just like you were at home.Randy & Karina, the hosts, were a delight to work with. So friendly! And any question we had was answered promptly. And they seemed to genuinely care about us having a great stay. We have another grandchild graduating in 2 years. We hope to book here again, if it isn't already snatched up!! :D Thank you for making this gma's dream come true of having all her kids/grands together for this milestone event!

Spring Break vacay

My family and I had a lovely stay at this beach house that was located right across the street from the ocean. The house was beautiful and well appointed! The owners were lovely and extremely accommodating! We look forward to coming back!!

Great Location. Great Amenities

For our long weekend trip, this home was perfect. It was a great location which had all the amenities we needed to break away for a nice relaxing weekend getaway. We primarily used the provided cart to haul our stuff to the beach which was just a short walk (few minutes).

Holidays at the beach

This was a great condo for our family of 5 to stay while visiting relatives before the holidays! Check in was easy, the condo is comfortable and had everything we needed. There was even a Christmas tree set up in the living room. We would definitely consider staying again.

Much needed getaway

House was great close access to beach shops and restaurants had a great time my only negative thing was if there was a book that told all about house and surroundings I couldn’t find it we also like to read and make our own comments about our stay in the house journal couldn’t find it either
