New three story townhome just steps to the Beach. Includes 2 screened balconies and a fenced in back yard. Located in Jacksonville Beach one block off historic A1A. Five minute walk to beach and downtown Jacksonville Beach's shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Jax Beach Amphitheater and the brand new Margaritaville are also a five minute walk. TPC Sawgrass is a short drive down A1A. Perfect location for a friends weekend or a family vacation at the first coast.

Great place to stay and so convenient to all the bars and restaurants! The owners were communicative, so nice and accommodating! I accidentally left one of my gold earrings and she was so gracious and mailed it to me!

Family Beach Trip

The location was accommodating for food, groceries and beach access. The only issue that we had was lack of TV channel access. We were their for the TPC golf tourn and could not watch any follow up about tourn. Internet connection to TV continually kicked off. All in All - a great week!
