Nice breakfast area. Coffee available in the lobby all day is a nice touch. Room was cute and clean. The pool area feels like your in Europe. Friendly staff gave recommendations. The location can't be beat.

Great location! Rooms were well layed out and spacious. Fireplace did not work and AC units were quite loud but no biggie. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was also delicious. Would definitely stay again.

We always stay here when we come to Fernadina Beach. It’s right in the historic district. So many cute shops around the hotel. We hope to return soon.

Room had a weird smell. At first it was like peppermint and I thought it might be bug spray since I saw a few bugs. But when it finally faded I smelled must. It just didn’t meet usual Hampton Inn standards. The price was very high ($300) for the value. Location was the only positive.

Convenient location in the old down town area that was within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Complimentary breakfast was good and varied slightly every morning. Be aware that the "water view" suite that we paid extra for is also on the railroad tracks side of the building. Wake up train horns at 5:00 am, 5:30 am and 7:00 am. The water view is a marina with no public access or beach.

The location is wonderful facing the water. Bathroom is a little outdated and the snk was clogged and did not drain. Hotel staff sent handyman to repair it
