family beach week 2025

For a rental it was a well equipped kitchen. We appreciate the chairs. Some of the lawn chairs at the pool that were unusable. Overall, great week.

Peaceful and quiet stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the place. You can hear the ocean from the balcony and the ocean is only a few minutes away. We always look for quiet places and this was perfect. Kitchen is well supplied and we were able to cook out meals and enjoy the place.

Girls Beach Getaway

Very comfortable and well-maintained property near the beach at the Omni resort Amelia Island. My friends did have 2 small complaints on the lack of overhead lighting in the 2 bedrooms on the 3rd level, however i was in the master and that was well lighted. It would be nice to have an additional 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper available. Otherwise, a great stay and would definitely come again!

This place was great for us. We had access to golf, the pool and beach. It was very secluded which is nice opposed to being super crowded.

Great family beach location

Clearly recently renovated and it is really well appointed. Short walk to the pool and a very uncrowded beach. The place was very clean and relaxing. I just wish we could have stayed longer! Lots of space for the family to enjoy their weekend!

Great choice 3BR @ Omni Amelia Island

A very nice unit. Well located on Omni property. Clean, attractive, comfortable and updated throughout. Only issue to note is that AC didn’t cool 2 bedroom well, so rather warm / hot at night in those rooms. Still a strong positive experience overall.

Wonderful family beach getaway

Beautiful, newly remodeled condo. View from the balcony was fantastic, beds, couches, and all amenities were comfortable and perfectly suited for our needs. Highly recommend this property. Thank you for making our stay in Amelia simply perfect!

Super nice rental

We lived our stay at the resort. We had been to Amelia Island before and had stayed in a different rental in the same resort and this one was alot cleaner and nicer. The only problem we had was that someone was in our parking spot when we first arrived but within 30 mins it was taken care of. Also the master bathroom is super tiny you can hardly turn around in it. The only other issue was the second to the last night our air didn't seem to be working correctly which we didn't call because it was so close to the end of our stay but all in all it was a great vacation and great resort.

Girls Getaway

Great location, beautiful property and grounds, and easy access to the beach. Only drawback are there are no full length mirrors or ceiling fans in the unit. Would recommend the property to anyone and would stay again!

Girls weekend

The condo was very comfortable with ample space for 5 ladies in the 50-60 age range. The unit was clean and conveniently located to the pool and beach. There was nothing that we needed during our stay that was not available in the Condo. AC worked wonderful and having the washer and dryer was a plus as well. Furniture was comfortable although an extra chair in living room area would have been nice as the sofa and love seat was a little tight for 5 ladies to sit very comfortable, and if we had 6 as originally planned would have been really tight. All in All would stay again.

Great place! If you have any type if knee issues there are 3 flights of stairs in condo. Very few outlets in kitchen. Bottom of both bathtubs and tile in first bathroom very worn - look a little dirty but aren’t. Management helpful when we realized the door was not locking according to directions given and they helped us with a work around. Very responsive and accommodating for an early arrival (was not peek season). Great location!

The write up for 1172 property was miss leading. Newly renovated?????? There we some updates possibly in the past. But the walls need wiped down, touched up with paint, bathtubs needs to be replaced or refurbished. Will my family stay in that particular unit again?? NEVER!!!

Right next to the beach. The view is decent but there is a building obstructing direct view. The bathrooms are small and need a bit of renovation so be prepared for that experience. The living room is great though. Small but comfortable for six people.

Great Location

Great communication before our stay regarding passes for the gated property and parking spaces. House was clean and the updates in the kitchen/living area were nice. Bathrooms, specifically the master bath, do not match the quality of the rest of the condo. We had an issue of not having the pool key, after a couple calls to the property manager a key was dropped off the next day. The location was perfect for both beach and pool days; kids (both 4) had no issues with the short walk. We really liked the shops and restaurants on property which also had a convenient path for running in the morning. Overall: would recommend based on ease and responsiveness of owner, space and cleanliness of condo, and proximity to ocean/pool and activities.

Lovely view, Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This property is lovely and perfect for a family vacation. The view is wonderful, living area and bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, as advertised, and well maintained. The pool and beach were nothing short of perfect. We brought our dinner out to the tables near pool one evening for a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoyed the view and sound of the water from the porch and upstairs bedroom. The walk to the beach is beautiful with views of tortoises and bunnies along the way and with several showers to wash the sand off on your way home. The beach which was not crowded at all and absolutely beautiful. The host was easy to contact and was kindly willing to accommodate a last minute extension for an extra night stay. We highly recommend this property, particularly for a family vacation and look forward to going back.

Great Birthday Weekend

Went away with 2 other couples for my husband’s birthday- really enjoyed the quietness of Amelia Island- condo was as described on VRBO, enough room for 3 couples, place was clean and well stocked- cons: master bedroom has a queen bed (description says king), pool was beautiful but really too cold to get into, wished it was heated, (thought by May it would have been warmer), lots of stairs, 2 very small bathrooms which was challenging at times with 6 people...overall though we liked it and had a great weekend
