Was not able to stay here as they were not pet friendly except for service animals, and I had expressed in my reservation that we were traveling with 1 dog. I saw their Super 8 on a pet friendly motel site, not realizing it was only for service animals. I realized not pet friendly when I was completing the pre arrival check in the day before arrival, and saw notice of no pets allowed. Their message also said I'd be fined $250 if I brought my pet onto their property. I then cancelled our sta y there and asked that my credit card be reimbursed the room charges. I cancelled in the same message as the prearrival checkin. I also later sent a note to be sure my message was received. I received no response from any of my messages and my credit card was charged for a night I never could use. I called the phone number on my Expedia itinerary and got automated service that was of no help for my situation, the put on hold for someone who never answered.

No issues with the room. Recently remodeled, nice floor, clean bath. Comfortable bed, working television, hot shower. Sufficient number of available outlets to plug in devices. Quiet at night. Staff not exactly welcoming, but professional. Breakfast was disappointing. Very few options. NO COFFEE, not a drop. Hotel policy required guests to eat breakfast in small area in front of check-in counter. A few rickety tables and chairs there. Sad.

The room was very clean! Had a non-smoking king room! Very spacious, lots of room, nice comfy bed, large shower, large bathroom! The breakfast was small! They did have cereal, oatmeal, frozen breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, juice, and a pancake maker, that made 2 pancakes on each turn! Would definitely recommend staying here!
