Ground floor is perfect for families. Unit is a short walk to the beach and pool is just feet away with safety fence. The unit is updated and clean. Beach chairs, beach toys and shade tent provided. Great balcony view of the ocean. Private fishing pier is a bonus! Super easy check in and check out. We will be back!

We loved the entry level condo. It was convenient to all the area. The view was fabulous. It was just steps to the pool and the ocean.

Cozy Vaca Spot

Nice property, needs a little updating but is very cozy and perfect location. The grounds and pool were very well kept and everyone we met was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Location and facilities were wonderful

We loved the location and the security of this condo. The grounds were very nice and having the fishing pier was very nice for my hubby. The condo was neat and had everything we needed.

We had a great stay here. The location of this condo is perfect for easy pool and beach access. It's so nice to be on the main level and makes transporting stuff to and from the beach very easy. Our kids also loved being so close to the pier and our boys spent lots of time fishing. The place was very clean and we were super impressed with the management company. They called us before our visit to check in and went above and beyond to look out for something we left behind. Their communication was fantastic. It was our first visit to Amelia Island but we would definitely return.

Great place for 5 people to stay

Loved the layout where the guests are on one side of the condo and main couple on the other. Great access to beach. Bummed the pool was empty and being worked on.

Beautiful Property

Our family of 8 stayed for Christmas of 2021 and it was beautiful. Perfect amount of space. Loved the direct access to the beach and pool. Very clean and well taken care of property. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful decor great location

This condo was perfectly located for us. We had my elderly parents stay with us and the convenience of being on 1st floor steps from the beach was great. Easy car ride to downtown Fernandina Beach. Condo was well decorated with many updates. Would stay here again.

Everything about this room was wonderful!!!! I will say that you may need to get the exterminator in there soon. There were a few small roaches that seen and were able to exterminate them ourselves. I am would love to book this room again for our vacation next July!

Perfect Weekend Family Getaway

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Ground floor and direct pool access made it perfect for everyone. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked for us to make meals. The men love to fish so the private pier is a plus. We will definitely be back again.
