The unit was spacious. It has two bathrooms, which is great as we each were able to have our own. The king bed was very comfortable. We loved the views and easy access to the beach, just steps away from the unit. We would happily book this unit again.

Perfect location with private beach access. Everything we needed was provided at the unit. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels if you need more than a couple, though. Everything was labeled making it easy to find what you needed.

The property itself is lovely. The management company was just okay.We weren’t allowed to check in until 4:20 due to housekeeping issues, however I saw the housekeeping staff coming in from swimming at the beach.The dishwasher would not turn on, and the chair service couldn’t access the back of the house to set up.Again, the unit was lovely. They may want to consider different management.

Perfect, quick trip to Amelia

We have been coming to Amelia for over ten years and would stay at other B&Bs for the convenient beach access. This place provided that plus space to spread out and quiet. 5 minute drive to downtown, easy parking. We didn’t think we could find this option at the price point. Very happy.

seaside paradise

lovely spot on the beach with a wonderful deck and easy beach access. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The porperty managers could not have been nicer or more helpful!

Ocean view Fernandina Beach

Cute condo on second floor, well appointed. Lots of small thoughtful touches that made it easy to enjoy. Great view of the ocean from living area and deck. Great location near downtown Fernandina. Easy access to hit the beach. Sounds from third floor, walking running, etc were a downside. Had one issue at check in time and management company had some communication issues.

Very thoughtful owner

The property was in good order and included many items not usually included in rentals (i.e., 2 coffee makers, turtle season flashlights, etc) If not for the a/c not working reliably, this place would have been nearly perfect. There is no pool but that wasn't an issue for this stay. The managing company was responsive, but they did drop the ball on the a/c fix.

Fall beach trip

We had a very nice day at this condo. We liked the location because it was close to town. Very easy access to the beach. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It’s so nice to provide beach chairs.
