Amazing beach vibe the minute you walk into the home. Every room reminds you that you’re at the beach. The primary suite has a beautifully decorated sitting area that could easily accommodate an infant close by. In the event you would like an additional king we made it comfortable for you by providing a king gap filler so that you can push the twin beds together. There is TV’s in all bedrooms. The eat in kitchen has everything you need. We know people come to Florida to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, so we made sure to offer a tranquil space in our private shaded back yard, including a dining table, lounging area, fire pit and even corn hole.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach cottage. The host Lisa was very responsive and accommodating with my many requests. The cottage was beautiful and very clean. We had plenty of room for all of my family. The back yard was wonderful as well for entertaining. We had beach chairs, a cooler and umbrellas to use for the beach. Will definitely be booking this cottage again in the future!

I planned a trip to take my son golfing at TPC Sawgrass as a graduation gift. This house was the perfect spot for us. The location was great and our host was extremely helpful and easy to reach if we had questions. I would definitely stay here again!

I booked our stay 18 months ago and have been anxiously awaiting our stay at the beach cottage. Let me assure you, it did not disappoint! This house was perfect for my family of 4. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Bonus was the host - Lisa was exceptional! She is so sweet! Besides the house, her recommendations made our vacation the best!

Nice cottage close to the shore

This is a cute and comfortable place to stay. We had a nice relaxing time. You can walk to the beach or bikes are provided to get there quicker. There's a fire pit out back to make smores. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, pans, glasses and silverware. The fridge has an ice and water dispenser that worked well.Cons: Garbage disposer doesn't work so had to make sure the dishes where scraped pretty well. Water pressure is low in the shower. The soap and shampoo that were provided seems like they fit in better at a low rent Days Inn. Bring your own soap and shampoo.

Very comfortable rental. Great location! Backyard is very nice and big. Decorated very cute and the kitchen was well stocked. Neighborhood was quiet too. Definitely would rent here again!

Charming Beach Cottage

While it is indeed a near to the beach cottage, this charming place served me and my sister as a calming sanctuary between tests and procedures at nearby Mayo Clinic. We appreciated the host’s attention to detail in providing a clean well stocked place along with some ‘starter’ extras - snacks, water, coffee - for our visit. We enjoyed that morning coffee on the backyard patio. Lisa, is a wonderful attentive host!

Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for a weekend at the beach. The inside is so well put together. In the shed they have everything you would need for a day at the beach. The best part was the location, just a bike ride away from the beach and a quick drive to all the great restaurants/bars of Jax beach and Atlantic beach. This place was a great find!

Beach cruisers and close to everything

House looks as good as the photos. It was clean and we loved that there were beach towels, an umbrella, 4 bikes, and a cooler for beach days. We walked to the beach the very short (the blocks are super small) 8 blocks or took the bikes out and road around. There are ALL the shopping areas you could ever want close by and lots of good restaurants. You don't need to eat out with the well equipped kitchen. We liked that each room had its own TV. The beds were all comfortable and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard having our morning coffee. I would definitely stay there again and even sent my friend that lives a few blocks away the address so she can use it if she has family or friends that need a place to stay. Great communication from the host! I can't wait too go back!
