Main house with 400 m2 being balcony, 3 suites (the master with 80m2), 4 rooms, kitchen, service area. Guest house with 3 suites + bathroom with shower. Leisure area with more 430 m2, lounge with barbecue, wood stove and pizza oven, kitchen and toilet attachments, swimming pool, shower, deck, sports court (with tennis court), garden and views of the dam. Privacy and comfort. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all rooms and rooms. With homemade.
