In my stay of 2 nights, we met one staff only, at the front desk. We could not see one more, wherever at onsen or lobby or shop. Efficent management ?? I could not judge.

The facilities were dated, which I knew going in. But I wasn’t prepared for the level of decline: none of the restaurants/bars were open (permanently, it seems), the front desk was hardly staffed, the lobby wasn’t an inviting place to spend time. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the onsen (hot spring bath). But no meals was unexpected & a bit inconvenient. My reservation supposedly included breakfast, but I was told “no food” by the front desk (and I do speak Japanese, confirmed the food situation.) We made do with the nearby convenience store and found a local place for dinner that turned out to be great. For the price, the onsen experience was worth it, but we had to adjust our expectations.

立地条件は良い

修善寺の入口？で、近くにコンビニがあり便利。夕食は外で食べたが、周辺に飲食店があり立地は良い。温泉は湯船が広くて、ゆっくりとつかれた。朝食はバイキングで種類も豊富で良かったと思う。

エアコンが暑いが部屋では風量しか調整ができない。フロントに行くと全館統一なので温度は変えられないと言われて汗をかきながら過ごした。また、その際の対応も納得いくものではなかった。
