We had an early check-in and the offered us an accessible room until 12 which we paid for...they had a junior and presidential suite available but didnt offer it to us was a bit disappointing. Employees were all very friendly and happy to help, would prefer for the price if breakfast could be included. Not sure if I just got u lucky but my room wasn’t up to standard, drain was blocked (which they did come sort), wooden floor was lifting in the room and the shower head needs replacing. Stunning roof top pool.

Nice hotel but the payment method is terrible

The hotel was very nice and clean and made us feel welcome The room very clean and spacious.The breakfast was very nice and plentiful. The down side is as follows, on Friday the Marriott hotel took out two lots of monies for the two rooms,not a problem but on checkout they took another two outs of monies out, this put my account over £280 down ! The receptionist stated it will come back into my account within 21 days !!! This practice is totally unacceptable. So now I am over £280 short in my bank account until they credit my bank account So today I have paid out over £560 for two rooms for a one night stay.. but I will have to wait until they credit my account.. I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again. Thankfully I have sufficient funds in my account at the present time but this is not the point

Great location and service

Phenomenal service and location. Rooms are spacious! Bar and pool on roof were great too. Construction next door was jack hammering for hours unfortunately but not something hotel could control. Central location to many great areas of Izmir.
