No complaints, no surprize just pleasant stay. Izmir is now on my list, and this hotel is reason why. Nice clean room, nice staff especially MR TOLGA he is very helpful in everything. I've stayed in quite a few hotels in İzmir and Istanbul... Riva Alsancak stands out. The room was super clean — no complaints whatsoever. But what really won me over was the location; you're right in the middle of Alsancak, one of the most vibrant parts of the city. Perfect base for exploring İzmir. Would 100% stay again.

Stayed at Riva Hotel Alsancak for a work trip and it ticked every box. The room was clean, quiet, and well-organized, exactly what you need after a long day of meetings. Staff were professional and friendly throughout, always happy to help without any fuss. Parking was a welcome bonus because I could find in front of the hotel and next day they helped me to find — which is rare in central Alsancak. The hotel has a solid business-friendly setup overall.
