Plenty of parking for your boat!

We have went with a modern like farm house appeal with ship lap, tile showers and concrete countertops. We have it very well decorated as you can see in the pictures. We have taken very much pride in our place so guest can enjoy and relax while they are with us.
I host 2 cottages right next to each other!
Pets allowed upon host approval & additional deposit.
Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Garbage collection is every Monday morning.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a kitchen island.

We came to aee my MIL 94 year old sister. Iuka is so cute and friendly, with many wonderful placea to see with many friendly people. Karine is an amazing hist. Iuka weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is as described, better in person. Clean and cozy. We enjoyed fishing and boating with Pickwick Lake rentals. Shopped at Walmart and Piggly Wiggly. The locals were all very friendly. We would love to come back and rent both cottages at the same time.
