The staff was very kind and helpful. The suite was also very clean and spacious. This hotel is perfect for a small group trip. They offer a free shuttle service that you need to reserve in advance. Although I'd recommend renting a car if you'd like to explore different places near the hotel, the shuttle service helps a lot! My only regrets are that it rained during our stay and that we didn't book a long stay. You could definitely do 4 days or more! It's a beautiful hotel.

The hotel room is as large as an apartment which is 80 square meters and features three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. The ocean view looking from the bathtub and living room is stunning. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was excellent as well. We truly enjoyed our family vacation there.

I stayed here to relax and chill at the onsen, be close enough to the coast, and be able to use the kitchen. And because there was shuttle service to and from the train station that you can access with reservation. The room felt like a sanctuary, with view of the mountain and water, space to meditate and do yoga at the tatami mat, and take a nice bath a the tub with an incredible view. Bed was medium firm which was a relief and their disposable drip coffee was delightfully top notch. Enjoyed the warm indoor pool but most of all, relaxing at their outdoor hot spring with the sound of nature. Showers and change room were spacious and nice. Staff was attentive and responsive to my inquiries. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops. Hotel does need some updating at the main area especially the carpeted stairs but I would still come back here in a heartbeat.

This place is a welcomed respite after Tokyo. We enjoyed our time here relaxing. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was great, and the workers were very helpful. I would stay here again!

Great location with views of the ocean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious fully equipped with a full frig, microwave, stove. Meals at the restaurant was excellent with fresh local ingredients. Hot spring baths was very clean not crowded.
