La verdad, de las peores experiencias que he tenido, la pieza estaba bien, el precio estaba bien, y el desayuno estaba bastante bien. Pero la verdad es que sufrimos un error grave, todo el edificio quedo sin agua, nosotros con 2 niños menores de 3 años, fue un caos, tuvimos que cambiarnos de pieza a las 12 de la noche, sin ayuda de nadie, maletas, cuna, todo. Y nos fuimos a una pieza que estaba congelada, pedimos volver a la torre principal al dia siguiente que estaba resuelto el tema del agua, acusando el frio de la pieza, y nos mandaron a una pieza que no tenía calefacción. Nos querían cambiar de pieza por cuarta vez, pero finalmente nos mandaron una estufa, pero la estufa no tenía adaptador, no tenía como hacerla funcionar. Las respuestas y soluciones del equipo eran malas, había una persona que hace todo funcionar, y que su función es clave, y fue la única persona que nos ayudo de verdad, el nombre de ella no me puedo acordar pero trabajaba en las tardes y noches, ella es la mejor de todo el hotel.

A localização é boa e o café da manhã muito bom. E É SÓ. Evitem os "apErtamentos" com final 27, pois as malas têm que ficar em cima de uma das camas pois o armário e a bancada são pequenos. O ar condicionado antigo fica na parede da cabeceira da cama e quando chove o gotejamento em cima do aparelho incomoda bastante. Reclamei e fui informado que mesmo no inverno não tem água quente nas pias dos banheiros. Caso solicite para levar pro quarto, é fornecido um kit, com prato, talheres e copo, DE PLÁSTICO.

Só passei raiva desde de quando cheguei talvez não seja pelo hotel porém o site da que fizemos reserva saiu tudo errado e nos causou um terrível transtorno no check in que deixei pra outra pessoa resolver porém só passei nervoso e não volto lá tão cedo péssimo muito péssimo pode ter caído até um caso isolado mas foi péssimo como disse pode ter cido o site por onde foi feito a reserva mas poderiam acertar ser ter dito o transtorno que tivermos por fim um outro gerente resolver o caso outro gerente não foi o primeiro que nos atendeu foi um segundo gerente mas até esse segundo gerente chegar já tínhamos passado todo a raiva do mundo

Excelente!!! Fomos atendidos pela Sônia na recepção, ela foi muito gente boa, conseguiu liberar check in bem mais cedo e lá tem maleiro, onde pode deixar as suas malas caso chegue muito mais cedo. Tem elevador, piscina aquecida, no quarto tem secador e cofre. As trocas de toalhas sao feitas diariamente, isso tudo foi muito bom. Café da manhã foi bem completo, pizzas cada dia uma diferente, torta salgada também, pães doces e salgados, enfim, comi muito. (A pobre) kk tudo bem fresquinho. O quarto 417 que fiquei é pequeno e atende a necessidade, ficamos 4 dias. Vi muitos comentários negativos sobre o hotel e não concordo com nada. O hotel é maravilhoso. Foi tudo perfeito. Com certeza volto!

Hotel para uma ou no máximo duas diárias

No check in tivemos que esperar quase 1 hora até liberarem um quarto, mesmo chegando no horário combinado, tivemos que esperar até as 15. A atendente foi super grosseira, não explicou o que estava acontecendo, não sabia se era um problema na reserva só disse que “precisava aguardar”. O quarto era de frente para o elevador, super barulho. O jogo de cama velho e desgastado. O quarto super pequeno. O café da manhã é excelente. Sem estacionamento e o mais próximo custa 45 reais a diária. Na rua todas as vagas são rotativas (máximo 2 horas).
