I was extremely disappointed with the service of this hotel. Emir the staff I met on arrival lacked a great deal of customer service. I never felt welcome or comfortable. First and last ever stay at this hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel the staff is very friendly and ready to answer any questions. The breakfast bar is very good and fresh, and the rooftop restaurant is excellent with an amazing view.
