Great location but note that the street is pedestrian only. You must walk to the corner for a taxi. The views are great and the property attractive. On both stays however the front desk staff were nice but a little unhelpful.

Overall excellent choice, supper friendly Staff, breakfast was one of the best with view at the Bosphorus. Close to water taxi and ferries. Noisy neighbourhood all night disco music till dawn .

Excellent stay! A great area for markets, cafes, bars and the pier to get to the Asian side/Galata/Besiktas! Yes the clubs nearby are loud but personally it didn’t bother us Just be aware that taxis won’t drop off near there late in the evening due to the busy area with bars etc so you may need to walk from further down

The hotel is lovely and located right on the Bosporus. There is a ferry right next door. LOur room was clean and comfortable with many luxurious touches. We had a terrace with a partial view of the water. Breakfast was incredible - great food but way more than anyone could possibly eat. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful - only one person at the front desk unhelpful getting a dinner reservation and then just escorting us to the curb when I asked him to call a taxi. I flagged one down myself. Everyone else was wonderful. My only warning is that the once lovely square with the view of the charming mosque has been taken over by loud rip- off restaurants and fast food chains. Cross the busy shore toad and walk in two or three blocks away from the water and there are lots of great local restaurants in the backstreets.

Be aware of noise levels - The Stay Bosphorus

Staff was excellent- some confusion about breakfast. Gave us the run-around as to where breakfast was being served and we were request to pay by cash or card when in fact it was included in our stay. Bad communication. The disco / techno noise levels at night was extreme going till 5am EVERY DAY (earplugs to bed). They tried their best to make everything ok for as after we formally complained. That’s all.

The property had an amazing view - however it was very loud. The bars/clubs in the area didn't stop their loud Music until about 4am. The mosque and call to prayer was also very loud and the first call was at 6am. I barely had any sleep while staying at this property.

Overall customer service is good But location and neighbourhood is ver very bad. Load music till 3:00 am every day. Pierce next to hotel and very dirty smell area with very tiny rooms.
