Staff were courteous and very helpful. The housekeeper Ms. Serife was very courteous and kept our rooms clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The break fast staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also fantastic if you’re looking to use public transportation. I would highly recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel is well located opposite a tram stop that can get you across the city. The staff are friendly and check in was quick and hassle free. The room was clean and comfortable. The only slight issue was it was a little warm so had to sleep with the window open, which meant a 7am wake up call from the Azan from the nearby Mosque. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of options. Overall a good value stay and would recommend.
