Comfortable Stay With a Few Issues

I stayed at this hotel and it is good overall, but there are a few issues. The lights at the entrance to the garage mostly don’t work, or their brightness is too low. I mentioned this before, but nothing has changed. Also, the towels feel more like bed sheets rather than proper towels.

Great stay, but needs better cooling

The hotel has a great location, the food was delicious, and the room size was excellent as well. However, the rooms were not cold enough, so I think the cooling system needs some improvement.

Average Experience – Could Be Better

The guest rooms were quite small, and the towels were very thin — almost like using a bed sheet. The elevators operated slowly, and we later discovered that pressing the “Force” button was necessary to call them to our floor. After my surgery in Turkey, I found the parking area where we left our car to be poorly lit; it was so dark that I nearly tripped several times. Some of the motion-activated lights were either not working or did not provide sufficient brightness. When I inquired about a nearby pharmacy, I was given incorrect information — I was told it was closed on Saturday, but fortunately, I checked Google and found it was actually open. Overall, I would rate my experience a 6 out of 10.

Convenient & budget friendly

Good proximity to the exhibition centre (TUYAP) and also very convenient to take public transport and has a nearby taxi stand from which the hotel calls their taxis from. One down side could be that the entrance is at the back and not the street side which means the cars need to drive some extra time instead of a simpler drop off on the street side. The room and the bathroom was of a good size and clean. I had to change my room due to low performance AC unit in the first room so if you need a stronger AC and a cooler room, ask for this when checking in. I liked the wireless charger unit in the room for the phones (my iphone worked well with it) which also had a type c connector. There wasn't any need to ask for an adaptor for my UK type plugs. The bed was very comfy, similar to any Hilton I have visited in the past. Haven't tried the breakfast however the restaurant looked very airy and bright. They also had some necessities for sale at the reception area like snacks, drinks etc.
