Ein sehr Söhnes Überschaubarer Hotel , Famieleien freundlich, Personal der höflich immer nett, sehr zuvorkommend bin richtig begeistert, auch der Standorte ist ideal. Man kommt ganz leicht überall von dort an hin, die Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür , die marmaray ist auch ganz in der nähe sowie die fähren nach Besiktas,Üsküdar,Kadiköy sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von hier Fatih aus zur Eminönü und taxim sind es zu Fuss 15 min also richtig gute Lage ,direkt auch am Meer. Das Frühstück ist immer frisch zubereiet geworden. Es steht für die Geste ständig Café und Tee zur verfügung. Ich bin Seher zufrieden mit allem auch der Preis stimmt, die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich geputzt. Ich werde ab jetzt immer dieses Hotel buchen wenn ich wieder mal in Istanbul bin. Ich kann es wirklich nur wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Один из самых ужасных опытов проживания. Было нас 4 человека. Провели 5 ночей. Первое и самое главное впечатление от номера это грязь. Все в пыли на полу, подоконниках. Занавески на окнах имеют серый цвет от накопившиейся на них пыли. Постельное белье и полотенца имели пятна. В ванне и туалете стойкий запах сырости. Протекающая сантехника. Следующая часть это ужасный завтрак. Мало того что он длится с 8:30 до 10 утра, так если вы придёте в 9:10 уже не будет даже того что предлагается изначально. Жили на 2 этаже постоянно вылетал вайфай, сами ходили перезагружали модем по 5 раз за вечер. Хозяева вроде дружелюбные, но при этом считают нормальным делать работы шумные в номерах в 10 вечера, например сверление стен. Местоположение вроде неплохое, но весьма удалённо от основных достопримечательностей. Если планирцете ходить пешком будьте готовы к сложностям, с детьми однозначно будет тяжело.

Lovely family run hotel by the water. The staff are very friendly and super helpful, unlike many of the other hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are clean and of a good standard. Breakfast is also good. There's a tram stop just across the road which takes you to Eminonu from where you can catch ferries and another tram to all the main spots of the city. We'll definitely be staying here again!

Perfect for solo travel

Hey, this is an honest review from a female solo traveler. This hotel is perfect for someone who would rather spend money on seeing turkey rather than luxurious hotel. This place is away from tourists and made me experience turkey away from the tourism. Food nearby is cheaper, bus literally 30 second walk from the hotel which can take you anywhere. And the reception that is the most sweetest. The breakfast was the same every day but i could never get tired because it was fresh. Plus a nice view of the entire city and suleymaniye mosque. Id recommend this place forever❤️

TERRIBLE - 😞 Don't make the same mistake I made

One of the worst experiences of my life. I've traveled to very many different countries and have never had such bad experience with a hotel. My family and I arrived and checked in late around 10:00pm after a very long flight from USA. At around 1:30am while we were sleep, other guests checked in nextdoor and their kids started running and screaming by our doors and the hallway until around 4:00am, banging the walls and slamming the doors. We had 2 rooms, both rooms were very small and had no room to walk around. Outdated and dirty bathrooms. There are no telephones inside the rooms to contact the front desk. We had the rooms for 3 nights and decided to check out in the morning and move to another hotel. I gave the hotel, hotel.com and the management a chance to offer a refund and correct this and they decided to hold myoney and not give me a refund.
